Tour Information

Our first stop will be Calderón to visit one of the several Mazapán Doll selling stores, then we will go to  Guachalá  a place crossed by the equatorial line while we admire the beauty of the Andes mountain range. We will ha a stop at Cayambe to observe the make the tipical biscuits from the city, our next stop will be at Mira Lago mirador a place from which we can admire San Pablo lake, after spending a nice time taking pictures and listening to the story of the place we will go to Otavalo city straight to Mercado de Ponchos, a place we can admire the beauty of Otavaleño Fabrics and we will be able to buy souvenirs at this market.

We will enjoy a delicious typical meal and in the afternoon we will go to Cuicocha Lake where we will have the chance to take pictures of the natural beauty of this place, and the we will return to Quito.

Otavalo is located 145 Kms north from Quito, 2.200 mosl, with warm weather but cold next to the lakes.Temperature ranges from 13ºC to 25ºC, San Pablo y Cuicocha lake's average temperature is 8ºC in the Afternoon.
